Those of you who have been using CoreSource for any length of time are no strangers to error notifications—these notifications can be frustrating, but they also let you know what went wrong at specific points throughout the ingestion process.
If your imprint name is not spelled exactly the way it is set up in CoreSource, it will fail ingestion. You can look at your imprint names by clicking into your publisher details under Manage > Imprint Details. If you need to add an imprint name or change the spelling, please contact your Technology Specialist.
