BOUND is happy to report that CoreSource’s most recent update now allows you to export accessible metadata!
This means that you will be able to confirm whether or not accessible metadata was properly added to each title’s record, and you can pull the info for multiple titles at the same time. An important task when it comes to ensuring your titles are EAA and Title II ADA ready.
To pull the accessible data, log into your CoreSource account:
- Click on Reports
- Click on Metadata Extract
3. Select ‘Full’ as the Template Name
4. Deselect ‘Select All’
5. Under time period, select ‘Max’ and input start date (recommend using 2011-01-01)
6. Scroll down and select ‘EPublicationAccessibility’
7. Click Export
8. Extract will be emailed to you. And is also available to download from CoreSource via Reports > File Extracts. Accessible features will appear in report as pictured below:
