TORONTO, ON – eBOUND Canada, the digital publishing services arm of the Association of Canadian Publishers, announced today that it has helped its publisher clients generate $1.49 million in ebook sales in the 2013-14 fiscal year, which ended on March 31, 2014. Those sales came from a mix of retail, library and wholesale channels.
Erin Creasey, Sales and Marketing Director of ECW Press and ACP president, spoke for the publishers who have benefitted from this initiative. “It’s wonderful and encouraging to see these substantial sales, which mark an increasing audience for our Canadian books and authors in the digital realm.
